Process Lead / Process Manager- IC




Job Title

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills for the post of Process Manager / Leader for our company. We work in a culture where we move fast, take risks, and fear mediocrity. We maintain a young vibe and small company feel. Changes come fast for betterment still we maintain strong consistency.

Responsibilities:

1. End to end coordination for client interviews and tests during pre-sales phase.
2. Understand client requirement and explain to the developers
3. Identify, Coordinate and work with developers to develop small sample code or POC usually 2-5 hrs tasks.
4. Prepare developers & conduct mocks for interviews, coding assignments and tests
5. Prepare and review technical write-ups, technical use cases for projects, functional use cases for projects.
6. This is not a coding or a client-facing role.

Requirement:

1. Having 4 +years of experience in IT/ ITES industry

2.Preference will be given to some exposure in either development/ Development Support environment.

3. Excellent inter personal and communication skills.

4. Must be energetic, proactive and should have multitasking ability.

5. Should be ready to relocate to Bhopal.
