Job Description:-

• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
• Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with respective departments.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.

Requirements for this position

• Overall 10 yrs and specific 8 years of experience is required in Operation.
• Willing to work from office, Location: Bhopal.
• Must be comfortable to work in Permanent Night Shifts.
• Strong understanding of operations, including performance management, compensation, and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
