Office Timings:

3rd Shifts ( 6 PM to 3 AM IST) Monday to Friday

Saturdays and Sundays Off (Weekends)

Experience:

4+ years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking status of team’s work and ensuring deliverable are produced on agreed schedules in coordination with the other stakeholders.
  • Cold calling / Generating new business in the best possible manner.
  • Monitoring activities related to client projects mainly like calls, emails, interview schedules etc and ensuring that there is no communication gap between the team and the client’s expectations.
  • Marketing the company’s top services in the market.
  • Exposure to IT processes and terminologies will be highly preferred.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have 4+ years of experience into Inside Sales/ IT Software Sales.
  • Excellent communication and explanation skills.
  • Should be comfortable to do 4-5 hours of cold calling .
  • Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
  • Should have strong exposure to Telemarketing/ Sales, must be comfortable with the same .
  • Must be energetic and must have a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new things.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 60% throughout in Academics
  • Graduation in a relevant field.
  • Certifications preferred
