Responsibilities:
- Tracking status of team’s work and ensuring deliverable are produced on agreed schedules in coordination with the other stakeholders.
- Cold calling / Generating new business in the best possible manner.
- Monitoring activities related to client projects mainly like calls, emails, interview schedules etc and ensuring that there is no communication gap between the team and the client’s expectations.
- Marketing the company’s top services in the market.
- Exposure to IT processes and terminologies will be highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Must have 4+ years of experience into Inside Sales/ IT Software Sales.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Should be comfortable to do 4-5 hours of cold calling .
- Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
- Should have strong exposure to Telemarketing/ Sales, must be comfortable with the same .
- Must be energetic and must have a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new things.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 60% throughout in Academics
- Graduation in a relevant field.
- Certifications preferred
