Title: HR Recruiter ( Junior and Senior)

Working Days:

5.5 Days in a week

 

Office Timings:

2nd Shifts ( 1 PM to 10 PM IST) Monday to Friday

Saturdays ( 11 AM to 4 PM IST) Half Day

Sundays Off

Experience:

1 to 7 years

 

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Recruitment
• Responsible for Telephonic Screening, Short-listing, Interviewing, Organizing Whole Interview Cycle for the given requirements.
• Must be comfortable with 5-6 hrs of Telephonic interview screening.
• Getting involved in all types of hiring i.e. via (Portals, Social Media, Organizational hiring, Campus Placements, Drives)

 

Requirement:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Recruitment in any industry (IT Preferred).
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills.
• Aggressive, proactive and goal oriented.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 60% throughout in Academics
• Graduation in a relevant field.
