Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
  • Establish and implement procedures to achieve the most effective use of human resources
  • Training and Development of the employees as per the requirement
  • Maintain Relationship with the employee and prospects
  • Optimizing the use of workplace resources
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning


  • 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Educational Qualification – minimum 60% throughout 10th,12th & graduation
  • Communication: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills and Convincing Skills
  • Shifts – Permanent Night Shifts (06:00pm – 03:30 am)-5 days working
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking
