We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills for the post of BENCH SALES LEAD/ Senior intermediate position.

Job Profile:
• Looking for a qualified candidate who has 4-5 yrs of proven Bench sales experience in the US IT Staffing.
• Comfortable and proficient to take up calls to market Bench Candidates for 4+ hours
• Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and job hunt as per Bench Candidates.
• Must have good understanding of Bench sales and candidate placements on various technologies
• Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.
• Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination, coordination with internal team and maintaining time sheets, etc.
• Generate, Interact and Develop vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis.
• Its similar to a bench sales role but its does not have rigid targets,
• You would be directly coordinating with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors
• You would be marketing our existing fulltime resources who are all GCs, And USA citizens who are on our direct payroll , these are all our full time employees ,
• There is no h1/L1/F1 marketing involved, also we do not expect you to approach the candidates and bring on our payroll so u dont have to build the bench. u need to only do marketing.

• Excellent time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
• Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
• Should have strong exposure to Telemarketing/ Sales, must be comfortable with the same
• Must be a good team player and result driven
• Willingness to learn new things
